How does Daylight Goals work?
Daylight Goals displays data from your devices Apple Health store. Using this data, we display much more compelling charts, populate fun widgets and apple watch complications, track daily minute goals and streaks.How often is the data updated?
Daylight Goals will always display the latest health data available on your device. In our testing, time in daylight is updated in 5 minute intervals, so if you are currently outdoors, the data may be up to five minutes delayed.Can I use Daylight Goals without an Apple Watch?
Currently, no, if you want automatic daylight tracking. With iPhone you can still manually enter in daylight data, but it will not be recorded automatically.Which Apple Watches support Time in Daylight tracking?
Automatic time in daylight tracking is supported on Apple Watch Ultra (1st and 2nd gen), Apple Watch SE (2nd gen) and Apple Watch Series 6 and newer.If you have any issues, please reach out to our support email.
